1. When will my order ship?
   
   Typical processing time is usually 1–3 business days. Shipping time is between 5 to 20 days. Our products are shipped from different states in the US, so it depends on which product you buy. Please keep in mind that shipping times and production times are slightly higher than normal standard because we are custom making each order, this is better for the environment and reduces unnecessary inventory.
   
   

2. How can I track my order?
   
   You can track your orders with the tracking number provided that we email you once your items ship.
   
   

3. Do you offer international shipping?
   
   At this time we do not offer international shipping
   
   

4. How much is shipping?
   
   We have a flat rate of $11 and it is an additional $2 dollars per item added after that. We offer free shipping on orders over $150.
   
   

5. What is your return policy?
   
   We want you to love your order from The 19th Label. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the order date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please note: all sale items and hats are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

13. What is the difference between oversized and regular t-shirts/hoodies?

           Regular T-Shirt:

• Follows the shape of your body more closely without being tight.

• Standard length sleeves and torso.

• Typical shoulder seam lands right at the shoulder.

            Oversized T-Shirt:

• Deliberately larger and looser all around — in the body, sleeves, and sometimes even the neck.

• Shoulder seams drop lower, often down the upper arm.

• Longer sleeves (usually hit around the elbow or lower).

• Boxier or more flowy shape.
