Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your order from The 19th Label. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the order date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Please note: all sale items and hats are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. To start a return or exchange, please contact us at hello@the19thlabel.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

We do not offer a general warranty on items. If customers receive a defective or incorrect item, it must be reported within 3 days of delivery by contacting hello@the19thlabel.com. Each case will be reviewed and handled accordingly.
